It feels like ages since I came back from a short holiday in the UK, but it's only three weeks. My work and garden take up most of my time, but I have been travelling through my own country as well. Visiting places I have never been to. I quite enjoy it!
My week in East Sussex was a success. My boyfriend and I stayed in a beautifully decorated cottage in the garden of an old farmhouse. I couldn't have chosen a more romantic place. The garden looked like a dream, there were deer out in the fields and there was even an orchard in full blossom, to enjoy.
The weather wasn't that good, but it did not really bother us. There was so much to see! We explored Petworth and Petworth House and Gardens, Arundel and Arundel castle and Polesden Lacey. We enjoyed the bluebell woods around our cottage, the fields of wildflowers and The Lanes area and seaside at Brighton.
In today's post a collage of the places we have been too. I hope you enjoy it!
Have a lovely couple of weeks ahead! From a sunny and warm Rotterdam,
Love,
Madelief x
